If you want to apply for family reunion with a family member in Norway you can contact the Norwegian embassy in Beirut.

In order to apply you will need the following documents:
2-3 recent passport-size photos.
Original valid passport
Original marriage contract legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Justice of the country that issued it.
Original certificate showing that neither the applicant nor the reference is married.
Original divorce certificates if the spouses have been married before.
Death certificate if previous spouse is dead.
A written power of attorney if the marriage is entered into by a proxy/stand-in.
Written consent from both parents if the spouses were under a certain age when the marriage took place.
Written documentation of the fact that the applicant and the reference has/shares the custody of a child/children from a previous marriage.
Written consent from the other parent sharing custody, if a child/children from a previous marriage applies for a permit in Norway.
If relevant, other documents showing that custody concerning foster child is given.
If relevant, documents showing that a child/ children, grandchildren is/are resident abroad.
If relevant, the death certificate of the parent (s).
If relevant, children`s death certificate.
Original personal ID cards.
Original birth certificates .
transcript from the official register showing family relations.
Copies of the Norwegian passport or of the travel document of the family member living in Norway.
Original work and income documents of the family member living in Norway.
Iraqis should have an Iraqi citizen certificate.
Translation into English is required for all documents mentioned-above. The application form has to be signed by the applicant him/herself
Fee
The fee for family reuinion is 835.000 LBP (NOK 3000). The fee is non-refundable.
