Information for those who have already booked an appointment
Applicants with confirmed appointments via the VFS portal for the period March – October, 2017, will receive an email from VFS indicating that the appointment has been moved up to an earlier date. The intention is to reduce your waiting time.
Applicants with confirmed appointments via the Application Portal in September 2017, will receive an email – within the next coming weeks – indicating that the appointment has been moved up to July 2017. The intention is to reduce your waiting time.
Information for those who have not yet booked an appointment
After registering your application form online, you must book an appointment via the Application Portal. The Portal will be open for bookings as of Monday 20th February and will have appointments available from June 2017 onwards.
For those applicants who were not able to book an appointment when filling in your application form, will be able to do so via the Application Portal shortly. Hence, on Monday you must:
Log in to the Application Portal
Click on ‘Want to book an appointment’
Click on the green ‘Book appointment’ button next to your application and book an appointment time
Where to hand in your application
All applications must be submitted at the VFS Global Visa Application Centre in Beirut. 5th floor, Concord building, Verdun Concord street, Beirut
Please make sure to bring all required supporting documents when you submit your application at the VFS Centre. You can find the checklists for family immigration applications here, or in the email you received when you registered the application in the Application Portal. Please also make sure that you have printed the checklist and filled in the questionnaire.
Information for those who wish to hand in other types of applications
Please note that if you are applying for a Schengen visa, study permit or work permit you do not need to book an appointment, you can just show up at VFS to get an appointment. The requirement to pre-book an appointment only applies to family immigration applications.
