The book Med håpet som våpen (With Hope as a Weapon) is a collection of stories from the Committee's solidarity workers, on the West Bank and in Lebanese refugee camps. The book was initiated by the Committee's Tromsø branch and is published by MARGbok. It is illustrated by Palestinian artists.
The handover of the copy to the Norwegian Embassy was made by editor and author, Lene E. Westerås, together with one of the main contributors to the book, coordinator of the committee's solidarity work in Lebanon, Elisabet Sausjord.
The Norwegian Palestine Committe is a non-governmental organisation, founded in 1970 and devoted to solidarity for the Palestinian people.
